Chicken Parmesan Crusted Cordon Bleu

Chicken

  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • Sliced Ham
  • Sliced Cheese
  • 1 Cup Mayo
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Johnny's Garlic Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Honey Sriracha Seasoning
  • 1 TBSP Italian Seasoning
  • 1 TBSP Butter
  • 1 TBSP crushed garlic
  • 2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 TBSP Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tsp Johnnys garlic Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Honey Siracha
  • 1 tsp Chicken Bullion
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  1. 4 Chicken Breasts
  2. Pound chicken breasts to 1/4 inch thickness.
  3. TIP: I use 1 ziplock bags because I feel like the chicken tends to come out of the bag and I don't want raw chicken juice splashing all over the place.
  4. Sliced Ham
  5. Sliced Cheese - I just use whatever I had. In the video I used Jalapeno jack cheese.
  6. Sprinkle each piece of chicken on both sides with salt and pepper. Place cheese & ham on top of each breast. Roll up each breast.
  7. TIP: You can use toothpicks to keep the chicken together.
  8. PARMESAN CRUST:
  9. In a bowl mix together
  10. 1 Cup Mayo
  11. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  12. 1 tsp Johnny's Garlic Seasoning
  13. 1 tsp Honey Sriracha Seasoning
  14. 1 TBSP Italian Seasoning
  15. TIP: You can use whatever seasonings you have. You can use bread crumbs too!
  16. Arrange chicken on baking sheet. Evenly top with parmesan mixture.
  17. Bake at 350 uncovered for 30-45 minutes. Or until chicken is NOT pink.
  18. Dijon Cream Sauce:
  19. 1 TBSP Butter
  20. 1 TBSP crushed garlic
  21. TIP: I just buy the big bottles of garlic from Costco. If you are using fresh garlic you would use less.
  22. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium low heat. Add the garlic and saute for 1-2 minutes.
  23. ADD:
  24. 2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  25. 1 TBSP Dijon Mustard
  26. 2 tsp Johnnys garlic Seasoning
  27. 1 tsp Honey Siracha
  28. 1 tsp Chicken Bullion
  29. Salt & Pepper to taste
  30. TIP: You can add or not add whatever you like. The main ingredients are the garlic, butter, cream & dijon mustard.
