Orange Croissant 🥐 Pudding

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 5 large beaten eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup cream
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 ½ TBSP Orange Zest
  • ¼ cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup milk chocolate chips
  • 6 cups cubed dried out croissants. (if you are using normal bread only use 3 cups)
  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted, plus 1/4 cup softened butter
  1. Custard
  2. 2 cups sugar

  4. 1 cup milk
  5. 1 cup cream
  6. 2 tsp vanilla
  7. 1 ½ TBSP Orange Zest
  8. ¼ cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  9. ¼ cup milk chocolate chips
  10. Mix together
  11. 6 cups cubed croissants. (if you are using normal bread only use 3 cups)
  12. Tear into a 9 x 13 baking dish
  13. Add custard filling
  14. 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  15. 1/2 cup melted softened butter
  16. Mix and crumble together brown sugar and the softened butter
  17. Drizzle brown sugar mixture over the top of each tin.
  18. Bake until the puddings set
  19. 350 45-60 minutes.
