- 2 cups sugar

- 6 cups cubed dried out croissants. (if you are using normal bread only use 3 cups)
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup melted, plus 1/4 cup softened butter

- Mix and crumble together brown sugar and the softened butter
- Drizzle brown sugar mixture over the top of each tin.
- Bake until the puddings set
- 350 45-60 minutes.
